I had a raindrop massage today. And I so needed it! I wasn't sure if I'd be able to physiologically receive the gift because the state I was in. From the moment I laid down, Jen started with the oils on my feet and I began to relax. The more deep breaths I took while Jen applied more oils, the more I released and surrendered to the gift I was receiving. Followed by a card reading. The universe knows what to remind me of.

Lastnight I did something I have never done, never really thought about to be honest, because I had no clue! I had my astrology birth chart done by my dear friend Jennifer Baker (On Track Wellness). It was pretty cool to connect things that have been coming up in my life to how the planets aligned the day I was born. I need a few days to process it all and dig a little deeper myself.
